The prestigious international event dedicated to artisanal ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee

The Hausbrandt world will be showcased at the 45th edition of Sigep, a moment for companies and buyers to meet and discuss, with an exhibition space dedicated to all the group’s brands: Hausbrandt coffee, Theresianer and Zerocinquanta beer, Theresianer Gin, Col Sandago wines and Martin Orsyn champagne.

From 20 to 24 January, at the Rimini Exhibition Center, the elite of pastry, coffee, chocolate and artisanal ice cream will come together to present the best products on the market to a selected and international audience.

As always, the stand is inspired by Martino Zanetti’s artistic expression, thanks to the color that permeates the walls with elegance and creates a unique setting, welcoming guests with dedicated corners for the products, highlighted in exclusive exhibition spaces.

The coffee area will present a selection of top blends: Gourmet 100% Arabica, with its characteristic spicy and citrus notes, whose delicate sweetness and refined acidity make it a precious and elegant coffee and Gourmet Columbus 100% Arabica, which combines the quality and superiority of pure Arabica with the desire for a sweet and balanced taste, suitable for any time of the day. These are joined by Academia, a blend of selected fine coffees, with a smooth and intense flavor, medium body and fine acidity and H.Hausbrandt, a sweet and spicy blend, with a hazelnut and cocoa aftertaste.

A selection of Theresianer and Zerocinquanta beers as well as Theresianer Gin, an innovative product that combines years of consolidated brewing tradition with a timelessly trendy spirit, will be available in the taproom area. The fine Col Sandago wines, including Wildbacher, considered “a rare diamond with a thousand facets”, in its various expressions, will complete the tasting experience. An exclusive space will be dedicated to Martin Orsyn champagne, unique, fresh and pleasant, which “winks” at the younger audience.

Among the novelties presented here for the demanding world of hospitality and high-end catering: the new capsule coffee machines and the Coffee Art Collection “fluid” line of collectible cups.

The schedule is, as usual, filled with unmissable events with excellent guests: it will start on Saturday 20th, with Pastry Chef Roberto Rinaldini and his macarals in a special Hausbrandt coffee edition. The 21st will be dedicated to the art of baking with Chef Renato Bosco’s double proposal: a savory recipe, paired with Theresianer Vienna, and a sweet recipe, paired with Theresianer Birra d’Inverno.

On Monday 22nd, it will be the turn of Barman and Flair World Champion Bruno Vanzan, presenting the latest in coffee cocktails. On the 23rd, we will discover the pastry art of Master Pastry Chef Salvatore De Riso. Finally, on Wednesday 24th, there will be a meeting dedicated to the world of coffee with Elia Burbello, Hausbrandt Coffee R&D and SCA Trainer.

Hausbrandt will also be the official coffee at the AMPI – Academy of Italian Master Pastry Chefs – stand with Academia, the coffee with a smooth and intense flavor that has always been among the top blends dedicated to the world of pastry art.
