For me, Pandoro was always paired with a latte coffee on Christmas morning, for breakfast, so I wanted to take a Pandoro, soak it in a latte coffee, caramelize it, accompany it with a traditional pastry cream, a coffee-flavored quenelle of cream, and finish it off with a milk popcorn made using the nitrogen technique.
