Hausbrandt is one of the main stars of HostMilano, International Hospitality Exhibition, the biennial event dedicated to the world of catering and hotels which showcases the most innovative solutions on the market and proposes multisensory experiences, events and seminars, scheduled from 18th to 22nd October at Fieramilano.

Hausbrandt’s stand will cover an area of 144 sqm, a spectacular stage designed by architects Pio & Tito Toso, characterized by an essential, minimal style to express and enhance the new corporate identity: the color deep black, elegantly paired with the warmth of wood, the preciousness of gold and the bright green of the decorative plants, makes a sophisticated frame for the products, the different tasting moments and the many scheduled events.

Conceived as a contemporary café, the stand recreates the atmosphere of a trendy venue and features three tasting areas for the specialties of the Group.

The café counter will be dedicated to espresso in all its variations, with a corner dedicated to Cold Brew; there will also be a spot to taste Theresianer beers and Col Sandago wines with the guidance of a sommelier, and finally a counter dedicated to pour over coffee and alternative extraction methods.

The program also includes an unmissable event featuring chef Alessandro Borghese, popular TV food show host. A first-time guest of Hausbrandt, chef Alessandro Borghese will delight the audience with a never-before-seen recipe for a second course using our Gourmet Columbus blend.

For Host, Hausbrandt highlights all its taste excellences and will sponsor some of the most relevant events during the exhibition.

The capsule coffee selection, with the Guzzini|Hausbrandt machine, will accompany Luxury Pastry in the World by Iginio Massari, which will feature demonstrations, tastings and talks by the most important international pastry chefs.

Hausbrandt will also be the exclusive sponsor of the Panettone World Championship: Carlo Niero will guide the event “Espresso and Panettone: the practice of predominant pairings”: a tasting of 100% Arabica Gourmet paired with one of the traditional panettone cakes in the competition.

Finally, the starred chef Heiko Lacher, during The Kitchen of Ideas at the F.lli Perin stand, will pair his prestigious recipes with Col Sandago Wildbacher in its many styles. Events not to be missed to dive into Hausbrandt’s world, made of taste, tradition and innovation.
