Hausbrandt is celebrating the victory of young chocolate professional Davide Comaschi at the World Chocolate Masters 2013 event in Paris yesterday.

This important achievement reaffirms with a gold medal a partnership of excellence between the company, which has always been an ambassador of quality around the world, and the renowned pastry artist, who trained at the prestigious Cast Alimenti culinary school founded by Iginio Massari.

With Hausbrandt’s support, thirty-year-old Davide Comaschi created the elegant chocolate sculpture that the international jury found worthy of first prize. Originality, skill and mastery allowed the Italian representative to excel in this competition of great artists.

Since 1997, Hausbrandt has supported Cast Alimenti, Iginio Massari and rising stars of the school, offering high-quality products to Italian pastry artists and embracing the same philosophy of quality and excellence.
