Following the success of the Sissi Ball last year, Hausbrandt is returning to Brancaccio Palace, one of the most prestigious palaces of the Roman aristocracy. The company is a technical sponsor of the new Summer Ball, a fancy dress ball to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Giuseppe Verdi.
The aroma of coffee is in the air, as inviting as a promise, wafting through the rooms among the more than 100 guests in 19th century dress from various European capitals and Italian cities.
Between dances, guests can enjoy a cup of coffee, fully savouring its flavour, aroma and sensations. The most outstanding coffee is the exquisite Academia blend, a full-bodied coffee with a smooth, intense flavour, long-lasting crema and fruity aftertaste.
Organized in collaboration with Gaia Valenti, a descendent of Giuseppe Verdi, the evening will be enhanced with a preview of the “Popular Trilogy” on three televisions. These will appear, along with 12 others, at a retrospective exhibition promoted by Giorgio Napolitano, the President of the Republic, beginning 10 October at the Altare della Patria in Rome. Music and dancing with a Verdi theme, including a delightful previously unperformed work.
