Hausbrandt confirms its partnership with “Artisti del Panettone 2023”, a prominent winter event in Milan, which will take place at Palazzo Castiglioni – Corso Venezia 47.
The event once again offers the Milanese public a day of great sweetness and haute patisserie. The final of the competition, which every year identifies the best Italian panettoni, evolves and gives life to a grand finale, a true Champions League of this sweet symbol of Italian pastry. The eighteen Artisti del Panettone challenge each other on the theme of the classic Milanese panettone without icing. On Sunday 26 November, expert journalists, opinion leaders and food influencers will be present to evaluate the panettoni together with Master Pastry Chef Sal de Riso, winner of last year’s edition and Hausbrandt Ambassador.
Hausbrandt strengthens its bond with the world of haute patisserie – which comes together on this occasion for an event dedicated to the leavened cake par excellence – by supplying the 100% Arabica Gourmet blend and Decaffeinato in epica® capsules throughout the event scheduled on 26 November at the VIP Lounge specially set up at Palazzo Castiglioni.
