It is one of the most anticipated events of the summer – the Summer Party at Riva Beach Club in Fregene (Rome), planned by the Rome Chaine des Rotisseurs for Wednesday, 10 July at 7 pm.
The dinner will feature finger foods and bubbly Col Sandago Brut Rosè, one of the leading wines produced by Martino Zanetti’s Tenuta Col Sandago, a vineyard that stands on Col Sandago, between Susegana and Pieve di Soligo (TV). This is a particularly intriguing sparkling wine, since it is produced by the rosé fermentation of Wildbacher grapes, which give it a characteristic deep rose colour.
