“Bringing together the elegance and the excellences of an internationally renowned cake, with a roundup of great Masters, on a quest for pairings in a prestigious setting”: this is the challenge accepted once again this year by prominent names of the international pastry scene, who will meet on Sunday 7th October at Villa Fenaroli (Brescia), for the third edition of “Panettone according to Caracciolo”.

Hausbrandt, which has long linked its name and coffee blends to prestigious pastry events, will be a sponsor of this special day which celebrates the Panettone, a traditional cake no longer connected exclusively to the Christmas season.

Over 400 guests will taste the panettoni created by the Masters, selected among the best in Italy and assessed by an expert jury composed of the most prestigious “authorities” of Italian pastry art, led by Iginio Massari, the Master of Master Pastry Chefs. The competition is divided in two categories: traditional Panettone and chocolate Panettone.

Hausbrandt will be a trasured interlude during the coffee breaks as well as the cherry on top of the gala dinner: with its blends, expression of the Italian tradition, innovation, research and experience, the Company intends to accompany the creations of the best Italian master pastry chefs with quality and sophistication.
