This year, Hausbrandt is once again sponsoring the Pasticceri & Pasticcerie Guide from Gambero Rosso, the first guide that rates master pastry chefs. The guide takes into consideration the incredible variations in the art of Italian pastries along the entire peninsula, exploring the histories, traditions and types. The book will be introduced on 14 November in Turin at Gourmet, an event for professionals in the Horeca sector organized by GL Events in collaboration with Gambero Rosso.

An ambassador of quality throughout the world, Hausbrandt has always had an affinity for the sweet art of pastry making. The company has demonstrated this through its support over the years of a school that trains professional pastry makers, including the winners of the “Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie”, and through its collaboration with Iginio Massari, a proponent of Italian excellence recognized around the world.

The key to the success of Hausbrandt’s exceptional products includes its enduring ties to values such as culture and goodness, which combine to promote the importance of coffee in pastry art.

“Cultivating a history of passion and quality, to fill every single cup of coffee with enjoyment” is the explicit, ambitious mission of Martino Zanetti’s Hausbrandt, which has always been expressed through its products. The values that are still the very heart of the company – Italian tradition, innovation, research and experience, combined to always create the best possible result – are embodied in the high-quality blends that represent the company’s true legacy, which is chosen by leading Italian master pastry chefs and offered with products of undisputed quality.
