Hausbrandt affirms its reputation for quality at the World of Coffee fair scheduled for 10 to 12 June 2014 in Rimini, acting as an ambassador of the culture of Italian coffee around the world and offering a varied and stimulating schedule of events.

Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari, who has been partnering with Hausbrandt for years to create gourmet dessert products like Panettone, will appear at the important event on Wednesday, 11 June at 2:00 pm. Drawing on his unique, award-winning talent, Massari will discuss pairing the art of pastry-making with the finest Hausbrandt coffee. Starting from the premise that the enjoyment of delicious creations begins with a beautiful appearance and that only something that is good can aspire to be beautiful, Massari will hold a class that promises to be filled with “delicious” ideas and tips.

The stand will offer a varied programme, including meetings and in-depth discussions about Hausbrandt coffee – the star of this event. Visitors to the stand will also be able to taste Theresianer Beer and a selection of Tenuta Col Sandago – Case Bianche wines, as well as Ronnefeldt teas, for which Hausbrandt is the exclusive distributor in Italy.

Each morning the stand will host “Breakfast, Italian-style” (from 10:00 to 11:00 am), serving an exclusive selection of cappuccinos made with the finest Hausbrandt blends – Gourmet Columbus 100% Arabica and Academia. Paired with high-quality milk, each blend offers different aroma and taste sensations, making each cappuccino exceptional and unique.

Visitors will also be able to try Hausbrandt’s new addition for summer 2014 – “Milk Cremosi”. This line of products combines coffee with the delicate and balanced sweetness of Frozen Milk Cream and a variety of other delicious ingredients, ranging from strawberries to sponge cake.

Finally, Cold Espresso will also be available to taste. Hausbrandt coffee, ice and orange rind are just a few of the ingredients in this refreshing new product, available in Orange and Mint flavours.
