With competence and knowledge, the “Academia Veneziana del Caffè”, strongly wanted and founded by Hausbrandt to increase awareness of this unique beverage, will organize courses on a host of different topics: from the choice of the place of origin of the coffee to the cup in which it will be served, from the correct use of the equipment to the sensory analysis of the product, involving the environment, materials, sounds and aromas.
